Ask about content warnings during book review

Content warnings are currently hard to find. They are hidden under "Genres, Moods & Tags".
Making it easy for users to discover and enter this information will help drive a culture of warning sensitive audiences of things like on page r*ape and sexual assault.
Would love to see content warning forms when you go to review a book.

An extra form page might be too intrusive for anyone just wanting to write a quick review. The genre Moods and Tags tab being added to the review page would be a great addition though. Or we can add an option for quick review vs guided mode so that the users who want to all the steps can get a better experience.
