Support ID based routing

I'd like for hardcover to support id routing for all important data routes. (books, series, editions)

I would love this, it would make it extremely easy for users that own books and use Kavita (a self-hosted reading server) to link directly to Hardcover. Especially if they want to leverage Hardcover's reviews/ratings.
Not having a way to retain a link to a book on Hardcover and share it because the url might change is incredibly frustrating for end users.
