I'd love the ability to find new books through a combination of multiple genres or tags within the app.

Yes, this is a very good one.
Adam had a related idea called 'book vibes', which would be a combination of genres + tags. We do currently have filtering here: https://hardcover.app/search but for genres/tags I think a more suitable way to add them is via search + add vs. the checkboxes we have now.
