Show Books In Calendar By Release Date

Saw this mentioned elsewhere and thought it was a really cool idea:
"adds a calendar view for the books we have on our TBR (with the filter function so we can see by genre/release date/author) 🙏 I add all the books I want to read in the future but then the future arrives and I have no clue if the book is out

it would prove such a cool way of looking at all the books by their release date, esp the new ones! and that way there's no need in creating a 3rd party calendar - everything is within one app 🫶"

With the new calendar dashboard widget, this is now possible. You can select your Want to Read list as the source and use the book's release date as the date shown on the calendar.
This could be interesting! I'd use it myself for sure. Right now I don't have a great way of finding them either.
