Rereads don't show as complete in lists

If you are currently reading a book with multiple read dates and it is on a list, the list counter (read/added) doesn't add it up. It might be a personal preference but shouldn't it count as read?
The list in the screenshot has a DNF and a currently reading book.

It's like that because the system doesn't count a DNG as read. I tested this with my test account and past read counts as read, if you have a completed past read and then mark it was to read. I will insert the screenshot of that list. As you can see from the blue colour, the book is marked as currently reading.
