It would be great to be able to distinguish between books I abandoned 'forever' (no intention to finish, and those mere 'on hold'. As an almost exclusively non-ficti0on reader, I often pause a book for days, months or even years whist I follow up referred works, but still have the intention to come back to.
Others I deliberately abandoned with no intention to ever read.
