More focus on owned books

- Make it easier to scan in owned books, so you can scan a bulk amount of barcodes at once (one instantly after another) rather than one at a time. (Look at BookBuddy for example)
- flag when you’ve scanned one you already have (look at BookBuddy for example)
- Make it easier to search cover options or link Google image to attach book covers

Hello! One thing you may find a tiny bit easier is to create a new List widget on your dashboard and assign it to show your Owned list. It comes with a little "+" in the top right that lets you quick-add a book (via barcode scanner as well).
