Hi! This setting is not (or I am not able to) applied to the "Want to Read" & "Read" lists, even if every setting is set to private.
However, books on those lists can only be set to "only you" due to these settings (see attached image).
Aitor Update: if you import new books once the settings have been changed on the account, all these books will automatically have the "Only you" setting applied to them
Readers can now set the privacy of a list or any individual books to either public, private or only show to people they follow.
