Adding the possibility to add edition "preferences"
So when adding a new book in a profile, the edition would automatically be set by the preferences, for example as an "audiobook" or as a "spanish" book

Yeah this is kind of a must have. For those of us who care about what edition (format) we're reading in stats, having it default to our preferred format (in my case ebook) would be nice.
I like this. Instead of defaulting to a physical copy, I could specify that I prefer audio books and it would auto select the book based on language, locale, type, etc. (all could be values in my settings for "default preferences").

The other editions would still be accessible, it would just help gain some time with books that have a lot of editions
