Easier UI to select physical/ebook read or owned/not-owned

Currently multiple clicks need to be made to select the owned tag and the ebook edition stats doesn't work properly probably since the digital edition might have incorrect/missing metadata.

There's also "'Owned' as property as opposed to list", which is similar/a component of this request.
But, yes, :+1:, I'd really love ownership-tracking to be a little bit more of a first-class feature of Hardcover, up there with 'Read' and 'DNF' and 'Want to read'.
