Read dates are all wrong if you live outside the US

Release date formats are also not only US centric but also incoherent across all site, for example under "editions" tab books have YYYY-MM-DD but when editing you have to fill MM-DD-YYYY.

Actually I live in the US and sometimes my read dates still end up wrong, depending on what time of day I update my reading. They are aware of this thanks to conversations on Discord and will hopefully get user time zones set up at some point, though I don't think it's high on the priorities right now
