Add a setting to define when a new day starts for reading statistics.
Useful for users who read past midnight : for example, if one sets it to 4:00 AM, reading on sunday (past midnight, until 4:00AM) should still be registering statistics for the right day.

This would allow users to read after midnight without having that reading activity counted as the next calendar day.
