Control over what actions generate activity items (e.g. adding books to lists) and go into the feed

I would like the option to choose what does or does not go into my feed.

Specifically I don't want my List activity going into my feed. I use lists for organizational purposes and that activity just makes things messy.

I would like to be able to limit it so only my status changes (Want to read/Currently Reading/Read/etc), ratings, and reviews) go into the feed and everything else is left out.

I really don't want to have to manually go through my feed removing those entries every time I make a change. That's a pain.

I merged in another one into here which was kind of similar, comment from that one:

"Similarly I don't want my friends to get feeds about my progress updates. Currently, I have the options to go to my feeds in the profile section and delete it manually every time I make a progress update. It will be great if there is a settings page where I can select which are the activities I want to add as feeds so that I don't have to manually delete them every time."

That one also talked about viewing other people's feeds, which I have separated out into its own request here https://roadmap.hardcover.app/feature-requests/posts/ability-to-control-what-kind-of-activities-we-want-to-add-to-fee-1
