Some requests have captured some of this, but haven't asked for a broad enough reach in my opinion. No matter the view (Read, Want to Read, my list, another person's list, Browse results, etc.), I wish to be able to apply multiple and specific filters (genre, length, release year, rating, etc., with both Show and Hide options for each filter). I want to go to my Want to Read and be able to filter down to Sci-fi books under 400 pages that have come out since 2000. Or quickly find out what Crime books in my Read have ratings over 4.0. Or filter down to all the Fantasy books in a list ("Show"), but filter out those fantasy books that are also Sci-fi books ("Hide"). When looking at Trending Books or Browse by Genre, I want to be able to filter out any books I’ve already Read or that are listed in my Want to Read.
I think this would be so amazing! And would basically give me everything I want from this app.
Advanced filter + sort was relased recently. It works on any page with a list of books, with the exception of the search page. It has a filter system of it's own. I am merging this request with list filter request to close it.
