I like this idea, and it would be very useful if we were to eventually have the capabality to search by country of origin (which I'd love). I think only country would be doable, though. There's a lot of cases where multiple languages are spoken within a single country, and even, thanks to imperialism, books written english from a country that doesn't speak english (aiming to reach the english speaking market).
