If a book doesn't have a cover, the API simply doesn't return the image value, which is fine, but I'd love to use the "back up" images the main site uses instead. So perhaps return a key, generatedCover, or backupCover, or always return the image value, and have a flag that could be checked (in case the developer doesn't want to show the backup cover)
