Add user profile content choices

Add ability for users to display the following on their profiles:

Their highest and/or lowest rated books on their profiles
-
Book list prompts (i.e., Books that changed my life, books that helped me grow, etc.)

We've redesigned reader profiles to allow you to pin any prompts and lists you want to showoff on your profile.
You can showcase any prompts that are important to you. We recommend "Your Favorite books of all time" and "How did you become a bookworm?". You can also create any lists you want and pin them to your profile to show them off.
