I'm trying to fix the metadata of the book "PlantYou: Scrappy Cooking: 140+ Plant-Based Zero-Waste Recipes That Are Good for You, Your Wallet, and the Planet."

The title should be "PlantYou: Scrappy Cooking," and the rest should be the subtitle. But Hardcover splits at the first colon and makes the title just "PlantYou." I can't override this because there's no subtitle field on the book or edition edit pages.

Please add a subtitle field. I don't mind if it's hidden behind some "advanced mode" or something like that, because this is a rare case. But it should be possible for a librarian to override.
