I'd love to be able to add comments for each book on a list about why I added it to that list. For example in a list about disability, I could note what disabilities are featured in each book. Ideally this should be publicly visible on public lists, so people browsing can make more informed decisions about what they'd like to read based on the listmaker's notes, too.
