This is the plan! Right now since we're in beta it's all closed, but as soon as we're public everyone will be able to browse everything on the site.

Would you see this involve any interactions on the site? Like rating, commenting or interacting with users? Or would this be read-only?

This feature would have 2 parts:

Part 1) User profile information would be limited based on user settings.
Part 2) All site content would be public by default and would only be overwritten by user-based privacy settings.
