Ability To Search In Dropdown When Adding New Books

Right now when selecting language and country, you have to scroll to find what you need.
It would be nice QoL to be able to search within the dropdown.
There are libraries like select2 that do this, as an example.

This should be applied across the site. Anywhere there is a dropdown selection menu. Full component swap.
