Added /edition/id/:id, /edition/isbn/:isbn, /edition/isbn/:isbn/book, and /book/:id(/*path) redirect routes that always resolve to the current slug

Edition edit form now uses ID-based URLs so links don't break when async normalization changes a book's slug
